Terms of Service

By using the CricGuru AI website, web app or mobile apps (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CricGuru AI provides live cricket scores, fixtures, statistics, news and AI-generated match predictions and analysis. Match data and odds are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed or contain errors.

AI predictions and analysis are statistical estimates for entertainment and informational purposes only. They are not betting, financial or professional advice, and they can be wrong.

You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on the Service. The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. If you choose to gamble, do so responsibly and within the laws that apply to you.

Some features require an account. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Plans include an AI-prediction allowance — a one-time trial allowance on Free, daily quotas on paid plans; allowances and plan features may change with notice on the pricing page.

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically until cancelled. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep your paid features until then. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

• No scraping, bulk-downloading or reselling of data or predictions.
• No circumventing plan quotas, rate limits or access controls.
• No reverse engineering of the Service or its models.
• No use of the Service where it would be unlawful.

The Service, including its software, design, models and generated analysis, belongs to CricGuru AI or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it under these terms.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CricGuru AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
