CricGuru AI provides live cricket scores, statistics and AI-generated match analysis through this website, our web app and our mobile apps. This policy explains what information we collect across those products and how we handle it.

This marketing site can be browsed without an account and does not collect personal information. When you create an account in the CricGuru AI web or mobile app, we collect:

• Account details — your email address and a hashed password.
• Usage data — features you use, AI predictions you request and your daily quota usage, so we can operate plan limits.
• Technical data — device type, app version and approximate region, used for reliability and abuse prevention.

• To provide the service: scores, predictions, subscriptions and support.
• To enforce plan quotas and prevent abuse.
• To improve our products using aggregated, de-identified usage statistics.
• To send service messages about your account or subscription.

Our prediction models are trained on public match data, never on your personal information. We do not sell your data.

Paid subscriptions are processed by our payment provider. Your card details are sent directly to the provider and never touch CricGuru AI servers. We retain only your plan tier, billing interval and renewal status.

We share data only with service providers that help us run the product (hosting, payments, analytics), under contracts that restrict their use of it, or where required by law. We never sell personal information to third parties.

Account data is kept while your account is active. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.

CricGuru AI includes statistical analysis related to betting markets and is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
